I was pleased with the onsite parking, the airy and spotless room, and the central location within a short walk to excellent patisseries, restaurants, and the town center. The restaurant offered appetizing food.

Cool and comfortable hotel with pleasant view to valley below. Great and lovely position to valley below. Based very close to stores and a cycle route. Central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk available in the classic room. Excellent service and nice bedrooms.

Breakfast was a little expensive. For 7EUR per person I would at least expect some cold cuts, ham, cheese.

The room I stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, and the hotel's location was convenient for visiting the waterfalls and enjoying the town center and bakeries nearby.

Bedding spotlessly clean.
The hotel is very tired, dirty and in need of renovating. Walking through the hotel we were aware of very bad smells. The hall carpets were very uneven. Room carpet was badly stained and in need of a vacuum. Shower not particularly clean.

A wonderful building with poignant photos on the staircase of its ruin after the bombardment of 1944.Good restaurant with nice view from the terrace. The manager was very helpful over booking taxis for us and was very attentive over our evening meal, which was very good.
Unfortunately the room of one of our party had not had the dirty towels taken away. We supposed that there might have been staff problems and my friends did not complain..

The place has been beautifully restored, and my room had ideal light and a terrace with a beautiful view, in addition to the fabulous food.

The hotel had only reopened one week prior to our visit. We were the only guests, but we didn't complain. Our room was extremely comfortable with lovely views over the valley. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was not open, but apparently will be open from April onwards. We would certainly stay at this hotel again.

A comfortable basic hotel good for a one night stopover. Lovely views from the terrace and a good swimming pool. A good choice for those who can't walk far as there is a lift to rooms from the carpark. Good value for money friendly hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to access stores, services, and the tourism office. Additionally, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The dinner served on the terrace, with its fresh selections and stunning view of the valley, was truly exceptional.
Our stay was fabulous with no major issues.

Family room is actually two interconnecting rooms each with shower room. Pool is pleasant. Secure basement parking and lift. Views are apparently good but we did not have access to any rooms with views.
Arriving on a Sunday in August, the hotel was in effect closed including the restaurant. The only restaurant in town was a pizzeria, which did not look promising, but was infact very good. There were a few other guests in the hotel but we did not see them. The hotelier was pleasant but we felt that asking him to open the pool etc. was causing inconvenience. We like quiet but this was too quiet.

It had parking just outside.
It was dreadful. Cold, dirty and the food was very cold. I told them that my room was cold and they said 'Sorry, nothing they could do, it was the fault of the woman who cleaned the rooms, who had forgotten to turn on the radiators'!!!! Perhaps its better in summer, although I have my doubts. People were sitting in the restaurant with coats on!! In any case as well as freezing cold the room was not clean and was badly laid out... the sink, toilet and bath were all inside separate rooms (3 different places)
